Driver Modem External Dell Rd02-d400

I rarely use my fax machine any more. So, I cancelled the dedicated fax line, recycled the fax machine, and bought this little gem of a modem. It's perfect for sending the occasional fax, just connect it to your PC and an analog phone line, then use Microsoft's Windows Fax & Scan. (It's in the Accessories folder.) The one time cost of this modem is way cheaper than paying monthly online fax service fees, and it is much smaller and less expensive than any dedicated fax machine. For those times when a company just won't accept an image via email, this is the way to go. The Windows documentation indicates that if you leave the modem connected to a phone line, Windows Fax & Scan will receive faxes too. I'm not planning to use this method for receiving faxes and have not tested that process.
